SANTA BARBARA REAL ESTATE ROUNDUP FEBRUARY 2017

Isn’t it nice to finally have a little rain?  The hills are incredibly green and after the rain, it is beautifully clear and the air smells so fresh.

January 2017 started off to be a very busy month with a total of 121 sales including single family residences, condominiums and planned developments in the Santa Barbara area.  In the Santa Ynez Valley, there were more sales in January 2017 than in January 2016.   While it is too early to know what the year will bring, we are still seeing a strong demand for housing with limited supply and low interest rates.

We look forward to answering any questions you have in real estate and want you to know that we are only a phone call, text message, or email away.  Thank you for your continued support, recommendations and referrals, as this allows us to continue to grow our business.
