Happy Spring! In March 2017, we highlighted how excited we were to announce that our offices (Santa Barbara, Montecito and Santa Ynez Valley) were ranked #2 in the entire United States in 2016. Berkshire Hathaway Santa Barbara sold nearly 1.5 billion dollars in sales volume. This month we are just as proud and honored to have been the recipient of Berkshire Hathaway Chairman’s Circle Gold award for the 4th year in a row. Out of over 60,000 Berkshire Hathaway Realtors, we are in the “Top 2%” of all agents nationwide.
